How does billing work?

Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Outreach actions — scoring a lead, sending an invite, a follow-up, or an email — draw from that allowance. There are no per-reply success fees.

What is a credit?

A unit of outreach work. Roughly ~30 credits covers one fully-worked lead end to end (scoring, invite, follow-ups, email fallback). Plans are sized so the allowance maps to the lead volumes shown above.

What if I run out of credits?

When you use up your monthly allowance, outreach pauses safely and resumes at the start of your next billing cycle — you're never charged extra. Need more volume sooner? Upgrade your plan any time from the billing page.

Can I use my existing LinkedIn account?

Yes. For account safety we recommend an account that's 6+ months old with 200+ connections and not currently restricted. We use residential proxies to reduce risk.

Is this safe for my LinkedIn account?

We stay well under LinkedIn's rate limits, use residential proxies matched to your geography, warm up new accounts over 4 weeks, and auto-pause on any captcha or warning.

Do you integrate with my CRM?

Not yet — CRM integrations are on our roadmap. Qualified replies land in your dashboard inbox and you get an instant email notification, so nothing slips while you work your pipeline.

Can I cancel anytime?
